What Is a Mastermind?

As a John Maxwell-certified speaker, trainer, and coach, I have the honor of facilitating local and virtual Mastermind groups for individuals, businesses, churches, schools, and organizations. John C. Maxwell is considered the number one leadership expert in the world, and as a certified member of The John Maxwell Team, I have exclusive access to his resources, expertise, and staff, which I have the honor of sharing with those who are committed to personal and professional development.

A Mastermind is a gathering of like–minded people committed to sharing their experiences, insights, successes, and even “failures” as they dig into principles found in a Maxwell resource to raise their leadership lid and apply what they discover. A Mastermind is not a book club, and I am not conducting a seminar. I facilitate discussions, and — together — the group becomes one Mastermind.
